Used, traded, second hand, and uniform exchanged apparel from school programs will not be accepted for returns, exchanges, or manufacture defect. Please check with your school's uniform policy prior to your purchase. SPP management, employees, and volunteers are not responsible if you mistakenly purchase the wrong uniform appropriate for each school and/or grade, formal requirements, etc.
Returned merchandise approved after inspection MUST be in NEW, clean, re-sellable condition with all packaging. Credit will be issued at the current retail, sale or clearance price after meeting all requirements. Credit will not be issued greater than currency paid. A+ School Apparel guarantees uniform replacement for defects only after inspection within 60 days of purchase. A manufacturer defect should be clearly visible within 30 days of purchase. BSN SIDELINE RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
- To process a return please contact our Customer Care Department at 1-800-644-4481 or send an email inquiry through Contact Us at sideline.bsnsports.com/customer/contact and have your invoice number readily available.
- Only new/unused goods returned to us within 30 days of invoice date by customer will be accepted. Only goods that are in original packaging and new original condition will be accepted for credit. The buyer is responsible for all return freight costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping will only be refunded in instances where the return is a result of our error.
- Footwear must be authorized by BSN Sports and require a return authorization. Call our customer care team at 1-800-644-4481 for a return authorization number. Returns must be postmarked within 14 day of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, in the original box (undamaged with no writing, tape, etc.) and packaging and accessories (If applicable).
- There are no returns or exchanges on customized items, unless the items are defective.
- Returns that do not meet the terms and conditions above and are not authorized through customer care, and are returned to BSN Sports, will be disposed of and will not be eligible for refund. No Exceptions.
BSN SIDELINE DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY
- Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality. It is our experience that through proper care and use almost all defects will be evident in the first 60 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item for 60 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund.
