Saint Paul’s Place Uniform & Apparel Store Return Policy

 

Please check with your uniform policy on your specific needs prior to your purchase.

 

Before removing tags, try on all apparel items to ensure proper fit, even if you purchase multiples of the same product and size.

 

Returns: Returned merchandise approved after inspection MUST be in NEW, clean, re-sellable condition with all packaging. Credit will be issued at the current retail, sale or clearance price. The product must have all of its tags on and not have been worn, washed or mishandled. Regular priced uniform products can be returned with the original receipt within 60 days of purchase. Spirit items can be returned with the original receipt within 15 days of purchase. JDYES products are sold as is. These items are sold for all intents and purposes for proceeds from sales to build and develop fair trade recognition along with proceeds to be donated by majority decision of the JDYES members at the end of school season.

 

Exchanges: Regular priced uniform products can be returned after inspection with original receipt in new condition within 60 days of

purchase. Spirit items can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. The product must have all original tags on and not worn, washed, altered, or mishandled.

Manufacturer defective uniform items can be exchanged for same item, SAME SIZE within 1 year of accompanied receipt. JDYES products are sold as is.

 

Refunds: Approved refunds will be returned the same method as the original payment. JDYES products are sold as is.

Custom Orders: All custom orders are final. No refunds, no exchanges.

Clearance: All clearance sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges.

If your item does not meet the return or exchange policy, please consider donating to your local school or charity.

 

If you are contemplating a request for a special exception, please reconsider, for making exceptions to honor a personal request is unfair to those following policy.
